Refund Policy

Work starts with a 50% deposit and the rest is due at launch. Here is what happens to your money if plans change. To ask for a refund, email ronaldgoodworld@gmail.com with your name and the project.

Before work starts

Changed your mind before we begin? You get the full deposit back, no questions, no hard feelings.

After work starts

• The deposit covers the design and code work already done, so it is non-refundable once work has begun.
• If you cancel mid-project, you owe nothing beyond the deposit, and you keep any drafts delivered so far.
• If we cannot deliver what was quoted, through no fault of yours, you get the deposit back.

After launch

Once the finished site and source files are delivered and the final payment clears, the project is complete. Fixes for genuine bugs we introduced are covered free for 30 days after launch. New features or redesigns after that are quoted as new work.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the same way you paid, within 14 days of agreement.
