Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 14, 2026

These are the ground rules for working with Northline Code, a one-person web studio in Texas, USA. Emailing us about a project means you have read them. Contact: ronaldgoodworld@gmail.com.

What we do

We design and hand-code websites from scratch. No templates, no page builders. Packages start at $30, $85, and $150+ as listed on the site. Those are starting prices: the final quote is agreed by email before any work begins.

Payment

What we need from you

Your text, your images or logo, and timely feedback. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount.

What we do not promise

We build the site. We do not promise a specific number of visitors, sales, or search rankings, because no honest studio can. Any timelines we give are estimates, not guarantees.

Your content

You confirm that anything you send us (text, photos, logos) is yours to use or properly licensed. We are not responsible for checking your licenses.

Ending a project

Either side can end a project by email. If you cancel, you pay for the work already done, and our refund policy explains what happens to the deposit.

The fine print

The site and everything on it belongs to Northline Code until final payment, at which point your finished site files transfer to you. These terms follow Texas law. If any part of them does not hold up, the rest still does.
